Enrollment Policy: Inquiries for an upcoming season are acknowledged throughout the year. Applications are available on-line as soon as the new season’s dates and rates are finalized. Campers are enrolled on a ‘first come’ basis. Phone reservations will not be accepted.

Tuition Payments: The balance of the tuition for every session is due on or before May 1. We ask for this early commitment in order to guarantee your child’s place. If we do not receive payment, or hear from you by May 1 to let us know when to expect payment, we will assume that your plans have changed. We will cancel your camp reservation and register the first child on the waiting list.

Waiting List Policy: When all openings have been filled, applicants’ names are placed on separate lists for boys and girls, by session, in the order which they are received. Deposits will not be processed unless your camper has been enrolled.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, a non-refundable processing fee of $200.00 will be retained. The remainder of the deposit and any tuition payments made will be refunded if the cancellation occurs before May 1. After May 1, the full deposit will be retained. Any additional tuition payments will be refunded on the condition that another camper can be registered from our wait list. In the event that we cannot register another camper, any tuition paid is forfeited.

Included in the Fee: All meals and accommodations, group and private instruction, full camp trips, Windridge t-shirt, and more.

Personal Camper Spending Accounts: For personal spending, we suggest an allowance of $25 per week be given to your child. We will request that you open your child's account with a deposit prior to camp in a mailing when full tuition is due. Any additional spending money sent to camp with your camper MUST be turned in at the office for safe keeping upon arrival. The camp is run on a “charge system” or non-cash system. Canteen, Pro Shop and other purchases are charged to your child’s account and then deducted from his/her deposit. Please talk to your child about his/her spending limit and relay any concerns that you might have to the office.

Final Statement: You will be given/sent a final statement at the close of camp together with any unused money from your child’s personal account. Refunded monies (in U.S. funds) may be returned in the form of cash, check or credit card refund. If your child has overdrawn his/her personal account or has incurred an expense with the doctor, payment is expected on closing day or upon receipt of the final statement.
