Welcome, Staff & International Staff

Of the 85 staff who work at Windridge, 40% of those are international. In past years, Windridge has hired staff from the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, France, Spain, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Hungary, Portugal, Czech Republic, and Poland. International staff plays a key role in helping kids understand the world we live in, and enrich the camp experience for everyone.

Many of our international staff members through international placement agencies like Camp Counselors USA (CCUSA), Camp America, Camp Leaders, and Wild Packs. You have the option of applying to one of those agencies or applying directly with us, using the application link on our website. 

In anticipation of an important professional relationship, we interview each candidate, looking for significant personal resources and accomplishments, talents in camp areas, self-awareness, solid judgment, and a capacity to participate productively in a child-centered environment.
