Located in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont, Windridge has been a summer home for generations.
The "Windridge Tennis & Sports Camps Experience" is centered on the belief that if children are encouraged to do well in areas that they enjoy, they will show positive personality growth. Windridge is an overnight camp for ages 7 to 15, with 17-day sessions on our 150-acre campus in Roxbury. By providing a wide range of instruction in sports, and an opportunity for supervised group living, we are able to give campers the fundamentals they need for fulfilling their individual potentials. Within the Windridge community, youngsters discover the meaning of trust and respect for others and are able to realize a confidence in themselves as well as a good feeling toward those around them.
The Windridge experience is unique among sleepaway camps for kids in Vermont. We incorporate highly specialized tennis, soccer, golf, and horseback riding programs within the traditional framework of a rural New England camp setting. Windridge also offers many elective programs such as mountain biking, archery, basketball, volleyball, futsal, arts & crafts, improv, golf, and more.
Working at Windridge is one of the most rewarding summers you’ll ever have, and one of the most demanding. Our staff are coaches, mentors, and role models, and for a few short weeks, they become family to campers whose parents have trusted us with their care. The safety of every child and the quality of our instruction always come first.
